At BioTecNika Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all BioTecNika tags still attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
